New banner ad wanted for Trident Holiday Homes

We are a vacation / holiday home rentals company with rental properties in 100+ locations in Ireland. Customers typically stay in a vacation home for 1-2 weeks.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need banner ads that will be displayed on Google's Display Network which will send potential holiday makers to our site: http://www.tridentholidayhomes.ie/
The target market is UK holiday makers who will travel to Ireland & stay in one of our self catering holiday homes.
The banners need to be in the following formats. I'm happy for the creative design to be selected based on a sample in one of the formats, but delivery should be in all of the below.

Ideally it will be an animated GIF so that we can tell the consumer multiple pieces of information

These ads should stand out (our branding is traditionally very simplistic, but we use the red in our logo as our company colour), with just one image (either Seacliff or Dingle Harbour).
We need variations based on 2 locations (Seacliff Holiday Homes & Dingle Harbour) - images attached. The Trident Holiday Homes logo & The Gathering logo should be included (however, the Trident logo should be the primary logo featured).
The copy should read "Gather friends and family for a great self catering holiday in Ireland"
