New app design wanted for "Is it ready yet?"

Develop iPhone applications to make cooking simpler.

This will be a simple app for cooking. It will allow you to simply select a roast or cut of meat that you would like to cook and then you input the weight and it will give you an appropriate temperature and time for roasting in the oven. When you click "cook" it will launch to an internal timer while also sharing that you are cooking a roast chicken, or whatever it is, on twitter/facebook. This is a very simple app so I'd like to give it a bit of a fun factor. I even picture a cartoon like splash screen of someone peeking into the oven but I am open to any and all ideas. Please note in the mockup. It says beef, chicken, poultry up top but in fact it should be beef, pork, poultry. The attached file shows basic functionality. I would like it simple and obvious as to how the app is used but also fun.
